Dr Mandy Du Plessis (Dentist)

Dr du Plessis has a dual degree from Stellenbosch University and the University of the Western Cape. She graduated with a B.Cur (Nursing Science) degree in 2002, and then continued her studies and completed her B.Ch.D (Dental) degree in 2007. She was awarded a Golden Key Award for academic excellence in 2006. Dr du Plessis enjoys General Dentistry and has a passion for working with children and special needs patients. Dr du Plessis is a "born and bred" Capetonian. She is married to Werner du Plessis, a winemaker at Slanghoek Cellar. They enjoy camping and water-skiing in summer and spending time with their families.

Cherie Potgieter (Oral Hygienist)


Cherie Potgieter qualified in 1995 from the University of Stellenbosch with a diploma in Oral Hygiene. Cherie currently resides in Durbanville with her husband and two children. Cherie enjoys reading and going for walks. They also enjoy camping as a family.

Jolisa Bothma (Dental Assistant)


Jolisa matriculated from Bosmansdam High School in 2007. She started working with Dr du Plessis in October 2010. In September 2011, she qualified as a registered Dental Assistant, achieving an A-class pass. Jolisa's bubbly personality allows her to work well with patients. As a mother of two young children aged 7 and 2 years, she has a lot of patience with "little people". Jolisa enjoys working in theatre and assisting with sedation patients.
